Based on letter No.293 / UN7.5.3 / DL / 2019 issued by the Faculty of Engineering, students who excel at the Scientific Competition will receive appreciation and reward. Students can choose one of these two rewards: grade improvement or tuition class reduction, which can be applied to the faculty by submitting these documents as requirement:
- Information related to competition and its official website link
- Official invitation from the organizer
- Copy of certificate and photo of the participant when received the award in the competition
- Request letter of reward application signed by Department Head
The files are collected into the Faculty Academic Affairs for further processing. If the application is approved, the faculty will give a letter of approval to the Department for follow up.
