This year the Faculty of Engineering, Padang State University opened a new study program, namely Geological Engineering. For this reason, a collaboration was initiated between the Geological Engineering at Diponegoro University and the Geological Engineering at Padang State University. The signing of the cooperation agreement was carried out on Thursday, 13 July 2023 by the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Diponegoro University; Prof. Ir. M. Agung Wibowo, M.M, M.Sc., Ph.D and the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Padang State University; Prof. Dr. Fahmi Rizal, M.Pd., M.T was held at the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Diponegoro University.
This cooperation agreement includes cooperation on improving the Three Pillars of Higher Education by both parties. The collaboration was attended by representatives from Diponegoro University and Padang State University. From Diponegoro University represented by the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering (Prof. Ir. M. Agung Wibowo, M.M, M.Sc., PhD), Secretary of the Geological Engineering Department (Dr. Dian Agus Widiarso, ST, MT), Representative of the Geological Engineering lecturer (Tri Winarno, ST, MEng; Ahmad Syauqi, ST, MT; Anita Galih Ringga Jayanti, ST, MT and Devina Trisnawati, ST, MEng), while Padang State University was represented by the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering (Prof. Dr. Fahmi Rizal, M. Pd., M.T), Head of Mining Engineering Study Program (Dr. Fadhilah S.Pd., M.Sc,) Secretary of Mining Engineering Study Program (Adree Octova, S.Sc., M.T.) and Lecturer Representatives (Dr.Rudy Anarta, S.T., M.T.)
